St. Luke's Parish Hall Rentals

St. Luke's Parish Hall facilities are available to rent as a meeting and event space for the community.

Our Parish Hall contains kitchen facilities (non commercial kitchen) as well as tables and chairs which can be used. A multimedia projector is also available for use. Please advise if you require use of this equipment. The parish hall is wheelchair accessible and has an occupancy limit of 80 people.

A rental rate of $20/hour is charged (minimum 1 hour rental, fees charged in 30-minute increments thereafter). Proof of liability insurance must be provided and rent must be paid in full prior to use of the Parish Hall. Accepted forms of payment include cheque (made payable to 'The Parish of St. Luke's') or e-transfer (stlukesparishdonations@gmail.com).

Any key(s) issued to access the hall must be returned immediately following the event. No smoking is permitted within 4 meters of the Parish Hall entrance. Upstairs access to the church is strictly prohibited while renting the hall. Any notices posted in the Parish Hall must be respected.

After the rental, the Parish Hall must be returned to the state it was prior to the event. This includes ensuring all lights, electronics and thermostats are turned off/unplugged, all garbage is cleaned up and properly sorted and the kitchen, tables and chairs are tidy. The renter is responsible for notifying the parish of any damage to equipment that has occurred.

Failure to follow these expectations may lead to a damage/cleaning fee being applied to cover the cost of any extra cleaning or repairs that are required.

These rental fees do not apply for baptisms, funerals or weddings. Please contact us directly to discuss arrangements for these events.
